The present invention relates to a separator for an electrochemical device obtained by applying an inorganic slurry to a temporary substrate, drying the inorganic material layer by heat-welding the obtained inorganic material layer to the nonwoven fabric, and then removing the temporary substrate from the inorganic layer, and a method for producing the same. The separation membrane for an electrochemical device is excellent in terms of dimensional stability, electrolyte wettability, separator pore size and ease of controlling porosity, and the electrochemical device manufactured using such a separator has an effect of reducing battery resistance and improving performance. |
