abstract |
The present invention relates to a molded article comprising a substrate having an intermediate layer which is firmly adhered, the intermediate layer comprising 92 to 98% by weight of silicon nitride (Si 3 N 4 ) and 2 to 8% by weight of silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) The intermediate layer has a total oxygen content of 8 wt% or less and a hardness of 10 HB 2.5 / 3 or more in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6506-1. The invention also relates to a method of making such a shaped body, to a coating suspension for use in such a method, and to the use of the shaped body according to the invention in the field of corrosive non-ferrous metal melts. |
