abstract |
The present invention relates to a transparent composite electrode to which a nanowire having a core-shell structure is applied and a method of manufacturing the same. The transparent composite electrode according to the present invention includes a transparent conductive oxide layer and a metal layer, Wherein the metal layer is formed of a metal nanowire core and a nanowire having a core-shell structure in which a metal shell is formed on a surface of the metal nanowire core. The transparent composite electrode in which the metal layer using the nanowire having the core-shell structure according to the present invention is combined with the transparent conductive oxide layer reduces the roughness and haze of the electrode surface, thereby achieving high transmittance, excellent adhesion and surface property. |
