abstract | The present invention relates to a novel processing method of a ginseng culturing muscle having an increased capacity of Rg3, Rh2 saponin and a purple wild ginseng culture machine processed by the above method. Rg3, Rh2 ginseng saponins as well as providing (ginsenoside) increased ginseng baeyanggeun hundredfold amount to more Rg3, Rh2 content of ginseng baeyanggeun unprocessed of Rg3, Rh2, as well as Rg1, Rh1, Rf other saponins than ginseng saponin (Crude saponin) also increased more than 10 times. Therefore, the wild ginseng cultured muscle prepared in the present invention is expected to be useful in the field of inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, inhibiting cancer metastasis, enhancing the anticancer activity of anticancer drugs, and treating cancer, wherein ginsenoside Rg3 and Rh2 are effective. This is because high amounts of Rg3 and Rh2 can be produced in large quantities. |
