titleOfInvention |
Long-acting luteinizing hormone (LH) compounds |
abstract |
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising an LH agonist or a LH agonist bound to a pharmaceutically acceptable molecule that provides an in vivo plasma half-life of an LH agonist or LH compound, substantially increased compared to the in vivo plasma half-life of an LH agonist administered in the same manner as the LH agonist ≪ / RTI > with a biologically active luteinizing hormone (LH) compound. The present invention relates to controlled ovarian stimulation methods that can be used with assisted reproductive techniques such as in vitro fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, intrauterine fertilization and in vitro maturation. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method of inducing follicular development and a method of providing a corpuscular support for a corpus luteum. |
