Deimmunized serum-binding domain and its use for prolonging serum half-life |
abstract |
The present invention relates to polypeptides (e. G. Antigen-binding molecules) comprising a polypeptide portion of a de-immunized serum-binding protein capable of binding to a serum protein. The presence of the serum-binding protein prolongs the serum half-life of the polypeptide relative to the serum half-life of the polypeptide without the polypeptide portion of the de-immunized serum-binding protein. The present invention also relates to methods and uses of such molecules. |
