abstract | The present invention relates to a primer set for an isothermal amplification reaction to detect Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd), a composition comprising the primer set, and a method for detecting CSVd using the composition. When the primer set for an isothermal amplification reaction to detect CSVd according to the present invention is used, the CSVd can be effectively detected without technical equipment on the spot for a short period of time. In addition, viroids can be detected even with a small amount of sample, and the diagnostic results can be promptly verified by the naked eye under the natural light by using a high-concentration of SYBR Green I. Therefore, Chrysanthemum infectious viroids that seriously damage Chrysanthemum farmhouses can be detected early, promptly, and accurately, thereby significantly reducing a huge economic loss due to the Chrysanthemum infectious viroids. |
