titleOfInvention A methode for reducing sheet resistance of graphene
abstract Disclosed is a method for reducing the sheet resistance of graphene which can improve the electrical property of a graphene-based transparent electrode and effectively control the work function change and the sheet resistance of graphene. The disclosed method for reducing the sheet resistance includes a step of synthesizing graphene, a step of transferring the graphene to a substrate, and a step of doping the surface of the graphene with a gold compound. Thereby, the present invention solves a problem of lowering electrical property due to the extremely thin thickness of the graphene-based transparent electrode compared to an ITO, and a problem of lowering the efficiency of the transparent electrode due to relatively low transmittance.
