Provided are an in-mold molding transfer film excellent in solvent resistance, heat resistance, durability, blocking resistance, and moldability, and in which generation of gate flow can be suppressed, and a method of manufacturing the same. The said film is provided with the transfer layer 11 hardened | cured by irradiating an active energy ray after transfer, and the film-form base material L0 as a transfer layer 11 transferred to an in-molded object. The transfer layer 11 has the IMD layer L2 arrange | positioned on the outermost surface of a molded object after in-molding laminated | stacked on the base material L0, and the IMD layer L2 is an active energy ray curable resin and a thermosetting resin. Each is comprised by the mixed composition containing at least 1 sort (s). |
