abstract |
The present invention comprises the steps of 1) culturing mesenchymal stem cells under hypoxia conditions of 2 to 5% in a culture medium containing 2.1 to 3.8 mM calcium and 1.0 to 3.0 mM magnesium; And 2) culturing the cultured mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing serum replacement instead of fetal bovine serum to form aggregates. The mesenchymal stem cell aggregate prepared by the above method has a dense and rigid structure, has excellent immunological properties, and has excellent cytokine secretion ability, and thus can be used more safely and usefully as a cell therapy. |
