In formula, R < 1> and R < 4> respectively independently represents a C6-C18 hydrocarbon group, R < 2> and R < 3> respectively independently represents a C1-C4 alkylene group. In formula, R < 5> represents a C6-C18 hydrocarbon group, R < 6> and R < 7> respectively independently represents a C1-C4 alkylene group.
