titleOfInvention Multi-Cycle Sinusoidal Video Signal and Camera Trigger Signal Regenerator with Structured Light Source 3D Scanner
abstract The present invention is a structured light source consisting of a projector, a camera, a control unit, and a PC serving as a three-dimensional computing unit. In the three-dimensional scanner, a sinusoidal wave that is resistant to measurement noise is used as a structured light. The present invention relates to a three-dimensional sinusoidal video signal and a camera trigger signal regenerator for obtaining photographic data at high speed, and a structured light source three-dimensional scanner including the multi-period sinusoidal video signal and camera trigger signal regenerator. When the sine wave structure light source is irradiated exactly one frame irrespective of the working situation of the PC operating system, the trigger signal for shooting is generated on the camera to acquire the image data of the measurement object having the phase of the sine wave structure light source. High speed measurement is possible In addition, the amount of light irradiated to the projector is constantly adjusted by the accurate photographing timing interval, thereby increasing the measurement accuracy.
