The present invention relates to an organopolysiloxane elastomer having a sugar alcohol-modified group bonded to a silicon atom and having a crosslinked three-dimensional network structure including a carbon-silicon bond in the crosslinking portion. The organopolysiloxane elastomers of the present invention have, for example, affinity with various oil agents, are excellent in thickening properties, gelling properties, emulsifying properties, and also have excellent touch, particularly velvety smoothness. It gives an excellent touch that is characterized and can bring excellent usability. |
