titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of mold for casting sculpture and methdo of casting sculpture
abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mold for casting a sculpture which uses a material having a beautiful surface such as zirconia which is used as the mold when the sculpture is manufactured, and which can prevent failure of the sculpture by collecting gas by using a vacuum exhaustion process, and a method for casting the sculpture. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a mold for casting a sculpture comprises: (a) a step (S10) for manufacturing a model of a sculpture form to be casted by using a polymeric composition; (b) a step (S20) for coating a ceramic composition in an inner surface and an outer surface of the model; (c) a step (S30) for removing the polymeric composition located inside by melting the polymeric composition while drying the ceramic composition by heating the model of the mold where the ceramic composition is coated; and (d) a step (S40) for manufacturing the mold by sintering the ceramic composition where the polymeric composition is removed. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a mold for casting a sculpture is capable of reusing sand used in casting, and manufacturing a mold casting a sculpture where the waste, which was a problem in the past, is not generated since an iron bar, which was used as a mold member, is not necessary. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S10) Step for manufacturing a model of a sculpture form to be casted by using a polymeric composition; (S20) Step for coating a ceramic composition in an inner surface and an outer surface of the model; (S30) Step for removing the polymeric composition located inside by melting the polymeric composition while drying the ceramic composition by heating the model of the mold where the ceramic composition is coated; (S40) Step for manufacturing the mold by sintering the ceramic composition where the polymeric composition is removed; (S50) Step for burying the mold in sand while a pouring hole of the mold is exposed to a container which is capable of vacuum drawing, and where an inside is filled with the sand; (S60) Step for fixing the mold by vacuum drawing and arranging a membrane for blocking air in an upper part of the sand; (S70) Step for pouring a metal molten into the pouring hole
