The present invention comprises 40 to 99.9% by weight of ferrite and 0.1 to 60% by weight of salt, wherein the salt has a melting point lower than the synthesis temperature of the ferrite, and the salt is melted to form a matrix between the ferrite particles. The present invention relates to a salt-containing ferrite magnetic material and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, the synthesis reaction occurs at a lower temperature than a general ferrite magnetic material, which is advantageous in terms of process conditions, and easily obtains highly crystalline nano-sized particles, and prevents aggregation and particle growth between particles by molten salt. The synthesized salt-containing ferrite magnetic powder can be sintered at a temperature lower than the normal temperature in the forming and sintering process of forming the salt-containing ferrite magnetic material, thereby preventing the deterioration of the magnetic properties due to grain growth, and for magnetization in the axial direction. Alignment is possible to achieve higher magnetic properties. |
