titleOfInvention Samgyetang(korean treditional food) including land snail and the manufactuing method thereof
abstract The present application relates to a ginseng chicken soup and, particularly, to a ginseng chicken soup using an edible snail and a manufacturing method thereof. One aspect of the present application may provide a ginseng chicken soup with snail, which comprises, with respect to 500 parts by weight of a chicken; 20-60 parts by weight of a snail meat including a snail flesh in a snail shell; and 800-1700 parts by weight of a snail meat broth. According to the present application, the snail meat broth alleviates a chicken′s unique odor, and protein- and amino acid-rich nutrients typically contained in a ginseng chicken soup and chondroitin-rich nutrient contained in an edible snail are well balanced in terms of nutrition. Therefore, the ginseng chicken soup with snail is beneficial to women in terms of diet as well as skin care, while being beneficial to men as an energy-boosting or tonic stamina food because it contributes to strengthening virility and supplementing energy.
