Antigen binding molecules that bind to EVFR, vectors encoding them, and uses thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an antigen binding molecule (ABM). In certain embodiments, the invention relates to recombinant monoclonal antibodies comprising chimeric, warranted or humanized antibodies specific for human EGFR. The present invention also relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding such ABMs, and vectors and host cells comprising such nucleic acid molecules. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the ABM of the invention and to the use of said ABM in the treatment of the disease. The invention also relates to ABMs with modified glycosylation with improved therapeutic properties, including antibodies with increased Fc receptor binding and increased effector action. |
