abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of promoting multinucleation of megakaryocytes to produce more multinucleated meganucleated megakaryocytes, and a method for efficiently producing platelets from multinucleated megakaryocytes. The present invention provides a method for producing multinucleated megakaryocytes, comprising a step of forcibly expressing an apoptosis inhibitory gene in the megakaryocyte cells before multinucleation, and culturing the cells. |
