Cathode active material for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, manufacturing method and nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery |
abstract |
The positive electrode active material for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries includes a core part and a shell part. The core portion has at least one of an inorganic oxide having a polyanion structure and an inorganic composite oxide having a polyanion structure containing carbon. The shell portion contains carbon and covers the core portion. The positive electrode active material has a property that a pore distribution curve is continued when the horizontal axis is the pore diameter and the vertical axis is the log differential pore volume. The said positive electrode active material has the process of wet-disintegrating an inorganic oxide or an inorganic composite oxide with aqueous organic acid solution, and the process of sintering a disintegrating body in inert atmosphere. |
