The present invention provides an anticancer agent capable of overcoming cancer tolerance, comprising: (a) modifying the surface of a multiwalled carbon nanotube with a carboxyl group; (b) coupling the carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes with EDC (N- (3-Dimethylaminopropyl) -N-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride) linker under conditions of pH 5.2 to 5.5; And (c) binding the multi-walled carbon nanotube with the EDC linker to an anticancer agent under the condition of pH 5.9 to 6.2, and a method for producing the anticancer agent based on the carbon nanotube-based anticancer agent do. |
