abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide an antifouling coating composition capable of forming a coating film having a good mechanical workability and good antifouling property over a long period of time while achieving low VOC and having good coating workability not only at normal temperature but also at low temperature. In order to solve the above problems, the two-part hydrolyzable antifouling coating composition of the present invention comprises a reaction mixture (A) and aceto comprising a polyester resin (a3) obtained by polycondensing an acid component (a1) and a polyhydric alcohol component (a2). A two-component antifouling coating composition comprising a first component which is a liquid containing an acetyl group-containing compound (B) and a second component which is a liquid containing zinc oxide (C), wherein the solid content of the reaction mixture (A) The acid value and hydroxyl value are 50 to 200 mgKOH / g and 100 mgKOH / g or less, respectively, and are characterized in that the two-component antifouling coating composition is substantially free of copper and a copper compound. |
