It is an object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article in which a user can visually confirm that the residual of the menstrual blood is reduced in the top sheet after the absorption of the highly viscous menstrual blood. Absorbent articles of the present invention are as follows. An absorbent article comprising a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet, wherein the top sheet is based on an L * a * b * colorimeter in the drop test. An absorbent article having a color difference in the range of 37 to 80 as measured from the skin contact surface of the top sheet. |
