Disclosed herein are modified LFA3, polynucleotides encoding the same, vectors and host cells comprising the same. The disclosure also discloses the use of a modified LFA3 or wild type LFA3 and a target specific polypeptide fused to it as a fusion protein and its therapeutic agent for the disease. The LFA3 variant disclosed herein and a fusion protein comprising the same may be prepared to specifically recognize specific cells, and thus may be usefully used in the treatment of diseases by inducing death of specific cells such as cancer through activation of the immune system. |
