abstract The present invention relates to a method for promoting lymph-vessel formation by effectively cultivating and proliferating lymphocyte adult stem cells and progenitor cells which are present only in a trace amount in blood using blood mononuclear cells and their use, A pharmaceutical composition for promoting the formation of lymph vessels, and the like. Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for culturing a large amount of cultured lymphocyte stem cells and progenitor cells through in vitro culturing of autologous blood mononuclear cells, and ultimately, a method for treating a disease having a lymphangiogenesis abnormality and a disorder . According to the present invention, it is expected that a large amount of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells can be obtained, and it can contribute to the development of an optimal autologous cell-derived cell therapy agent for the purpose of cell therapy for lymph-related diseases.
