abstract |
A novel process for preparing aryl sulfur pentafluoride is disclosed. The process comprises reacting at least one aryl sulfur compound with a halogen and a fluoro salt to form an aryl sulfur pentafluoride. The arylsulfur halotetrafluoride reacts with a fluoride source to form the desired aryl sulfur pentafluoride. |
