The present invention provides a protective layer comprising a conductive layer containing a metal nanowire and a matrix having an average short axis length of 150 nm or less, and a three-dimensional crosslinked structure represented by the following general formula (I) on the substrate. A conductive member having a high resistance to scratches and abrasions having a surface resistivity of 1,000 Ω / □ or less measured on the protective layer and having excellent conductivity, and excellent in transparency, heat resistance, moist heat resistance, and bendability.
