Compound A having an epoxy compound having a plurality of epoxy groups and an unsaturated monobasic acid in a molecule, compound A having at least one epoxy group in a molecule, a bifunctional urethane acrylate oligomer B having a tensile elongation of 40% or more, and a dry film tensile elongation As a sizing agent for carbon fibers containing the polyurethane resin C which is 350% or more and 900% or less, content of A-C satisfy | fills the conditions described in the specification.
