abstract | A radiation sensitive resin composition and a cured film for use in forming the semiconductor element are provided, and a display element is provided. A semiconductor element 1 has a semiconductor layer 2 on a substrate 10 and a source electrode 3 and a drain electrode 4 formed on the first surface. Between the semiconductor layer 2 and the source electrode 3 and the drain electrode 4 is disposed a cured film 5 formed using a radiation sensitive resin composition containing a photoacid generator. Electrical connection between the first surface of the semiconductor layer 2 and the drain electrode 4 is made through the through hole 6 formed by patterning the cured film 5. [ The cured film 5 has a light-shielding property by the photo-acid generator. A semiconductor substrate is constituted by using the semiconductor element (1), and a liquid crystal display element which is a display element is provided. |
