abstract The present invention relates to a minimum-dose cocktail kit for rapid evaluation of cytochrome P450 enzyme activity. More specifically, the present invention includes five types of probes including caffeine, losartan, omeprazole, dextrometol and midazolam. The present invention relates to a minimal-dose cocktail kit for high-speed evaluation of cytochrome P450 enzyme activity, wherein the drug metabolism activity of cytochrome P450 isoenzyme can be measured at high speed simultaneously. Minimal dose cocktail kit according to the present invention has the advantage that can measure the metabolic activity of the five cytochrome P450 enzymes at high speed at the same time safely without any side effects due to the dose reduction without interaction between the probe drugs. In particular, the minimal-dose cocktail of the present invention is co-administered, the biological sample collection time is short, and all the drugs can be analyzed simultaneously, which is excellent in terms of convenience and practicality. In addition, a new concept can be introduced into the CYP enzyme activity indicator to minimize blood collection and increase accuracy.
