titleOfInvention Nitrogen-containing condensed cyclic compounds, nitrogen-containing condensed cyclic polymers, organic thin films and organic thin film devices
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a nitrogen-containing condensed cyclic compound which can be used as an organic n-type semiconductor having excellent electron transport properties and excellent in solubility in an organic solvent. The nitrogen-containing condensed cyclic compound of the present invention has a structural unit represented by the formula (1-1) or the formula (1-2). [Ar 1 is an aromatic ring, one of Y 1 and Y 2 is a single bond, the other is -C (R 11 ) (R 12 )-or -C (= X 1 )-, one of Y 3 and Y 4 Single bond, the other -C (R 21 ) (R 22 )-or -C (= X 2 )-, one of Y 1 to Y 4 is -C (R 11 ) (R 12 )-or -C ( R 21 ) (R 22 )-. One of R 11 and R 12 , one of R 21 and R 22 is a monovalent group comprising an alkane skeleton. X 1 and X 2 represent an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or = C (A) 2 . At least one of W 1 and W 2 is -N =. R 00 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a monovalent group, Z 1 and Z 2 represent any of the groups represented by the formulas (i) to (ix)]
