titleOfInvention Antibacterial Coating Layer Forming Device
abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming an antimicrobial coating layer, wherein an electrospinning unit and an electrostatic spray unit are used to simultaneously mix and coat fibers of a regular spinning unit and a precursor of an electrostatic spray unit on one substrate, and as a precursor, TiO 2. By applying the particles, it is possible to form a mixed coating layer capable of exhibiting antimicrobial performance by the photocatalytic effect, to improve the adhesion of TiO 2 particles, and to use the antimicrobial substrate in more various fields because there is no restriction on the substrate used. The substrate may be seated on a rotating body having a polygonal pillar shape, and a plurality of electrospinning units and an electrostatic spray unit spaced apart along the direction of rotation of the rotating body may sequentially mix and coat different coating materials on the substrate. By doing so, the characteristics of the mixed coating layer on the substrate can be more variously controlled. It provides an antibacterial coating layer forming apparatus.
