abstract |
The present application relates to an artificial saliva composition having a viscoelastic, antimicrobial and fungicidal activity similar to human saliva. Hyaluronic acid, lysozyme, lactoperoxidase, glucose oxidase having a viscosity of 1.0 to 20 cps at a shear rate of 11.3 to 450.0 sec −1 . , SCN - or I − , sugar alcohols and buffers. Artificial saliva composition of the present application is similar to saliva while maintaining the antimicrobial and fungicidal activity of the added ingredient is useful for the prevention or treatment of diseases associated with salivation secretion. |
