The present invention provides an underwater type emulsion composition comprising a physiologically acceptable salt of tranexamate ester and a method of producing the same. An underwater type emulsion composition comprising a physiologically acceptable salt of tranexamate ester comprises: A) a physiologically acceptable salt of tranexamate ester; B) amphiphiles; C) an oily substance and D) water, a water-soluble organic solvent or a mixture thereof, wherein the weight ratio of components A: B ranges from 1: 0.5 to 1: 2.5 and the weight ratio of components A: C ranges from 1: 1 to 1: Preparing an oil phase in the range of 1: 5.0 and the weight ratio of components A: D is 1: 0.2 to 1: 5.0; And E) adding the oil phase to an aqueous phase comprising water, a water soluble organic solvent or a mixture thereof. |
