If the polymer polyol is to be produced at a high concentration, there is a problem that agglomeration of particles occurs during monomer polymerization of polymer fine particles, whereby agglomerates are easily formed, and storage stability of the polymer polyol is deteriorated. In the method for producing a polymer polyol in which at least one type of ethylenically unsaturated monomer is polymerized in a polyol with a seed particle dispersion, the seed particle dispersion is an ethylenically unsaturated monomer in the presence of an ethylenically unsaturated macromonomer, a solvent and a chain transfer agent. It is obtained by superposing | polymerizing, and the reaction material of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer which has a specific polyol, an isocyanate compound, and a hydroxyl group is used for an ethylenically unsaturated macromonomer. |
