abstract |
The present invention relates to a recombinant rabies virus rERAG333Glu and a vaccine composition for preventing rabies comprising the same. Recombinant rabies virus rERAG333Glu according to the present invention is a recombinant virus strain in which the 333th amino acid of G protein is substituted with glutamic acid, and when produced as a vaccine, the virus content is not only suitable for mass production but also safer than a conventional vaccine. Since it can be used for oral administration, it is effective to solve the problems of the existing rabies virus vaccine and to use it as an effective rabies prevention vaccine. |
