abstract An embodiment of the present invention relates to a coating substrate comprising: a substrate and a coating layer arranged on the substrate. The coating layer includes an epoxy reactor. According to the embodiment, a coating method of the substrate comprises a step of preparing a substrate including a first surface, a second surface which is opposite with the first surface, and a third surface located between the first surface and the second surface; and a step of forming the coating layer by coating the second surface and the third surface with coating liquid. The coating layer includes the epoxy reactor. The embodiment relates to a touch panel comprising: a substrate including a first surface, a second surface which is the opposite of the first surface, and a third surface located between the first surface and the second surface; a coating layer formed on the substrate; a transparent electrode for sensing input location and arranged on the substrate; and a wiring line for electrically connecting the transparent electrode. The coating layer is arranged on the second and the third surface. The coating layer includes the epoxy reactor.
