abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of gastrointestinal diseases selected from the group consisting of gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer containing crowwood extract as an active ingredient. The ravenous bark extract of the present invention significantly inhibits the growth of Helicobacter pylori bacteria, and is excellent in the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori bacteria and gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer caused by Helicobacter pyroni bacteria. Therefore, the crow bark extract of the present invention can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. |
