abstract |
The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a solar cell by depositing layers of various components on a substrate and converting the components into thin film photovoltaic absorber materials. The method of the present disclosure can be used to control the stoichiometry of metal atoms in solar cell fabrication to target specific concentrations and to provide gradients of metal atom concentrations. A selenium layer can be used for annealing thin film photovoltaic absorber materials. |
