abstract | [PROBLEMS] An epoxy compound having a cured product having high transparency and high bending strength by thermal curing while maintaining good handleability in a liquid phase, and a method for producing a composition using the epoxy compound are provided. [Measures] The following formula (1) is characterized in that cyanuric chloride is reacted with an alkenol having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, and then a compound having an unsaturated bond obtained is reacted with a peroxide: (In formula (1), n1, n2 and n3 each represent one of the integers from 2 to 6. n4, n5 and n6 each represent an integer of 2 and n7, n8 and n9 each represent an integer of 1. R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms. |
