abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing lactate, comprising the step of recovering the lactate by crystallizing an aqueous lactate solution containing at least 7.0% by weight of formate relative to the lactate. By crystallizing an aqueous lactate solution containing formic acid at least 7.0% by weight relative to the lactate, the supersaturation of the lactate can be stabilized, and the recovery rate of the lactate can be improved. |
