The internalized skin squeezes the site where urethral-skin juxtaposition was performed on the urinary catheter to prevent bleeding from the urinary cavernous body that may occur after surgery, and temporarily stops when the suture ends and the bleeding problem no longer occurs. The sutures are removed, exposing the original urethral fistula to prevent bleeding-related complications. In addition, in the case of postureal bleeding in the case of the urethral installment which does not carry out the temporary compression closure method of the present invention, by applying the suture method for the purpose of treatment, the burden of secondary treatment such as blood transfusion can be reduced and the bleeding can be controlled.
