titleOfInvention Temporary compression suture to prevent bleeding after urethral installment
abstract The present invention is a postoperative complication of urinary tract surgery, which is a procedure for forming a permanent opening in the urethra in lower urinary tract diseases occurring in small animals such as cats and dogs in veterinary urogenital surgery. It is about secondary and temporary sutures that can control the most common persistent bleeding. In order to solve the above problems, after the formation of the urethral fistula, a temporary suture is performed to burn the skin on the left and right sides of the urethra while maintaining the catheter. The internalized skin squeezes the site where urethral-skin juxtaposition was performed on the urinary catheter to prevent bleeding from the urinary cavernous body that may occur after surgery, and temporarily stops when the suture ends and the bleeding problem no longer occurs. The sutures are removed, exposing the original urethral fistula to prevent bleeding-related complications. In addition, in the case of postureal bleeding in the case of the urethral installment which does not carry out the temporary compression closure method of the present invention, by applying the suture method for the purpose of treatment, the burden of secondary treatment such as blood transfusion can be reduced and the bleeding can be controlled. It has an effect. Therefore, the present invention may be used as a surgical technique to be used in the urethral installment to reduce the postoperative complications and to improve the prognosis of the treatment.
