The present invention provides a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to Lawsonia intracellularis, a hybridoma cell producing the same, a kit for detecting Lawsonia intracellularis comprising the monoclonal antibody, and the monoclonal antibody. The present invention relates to a method for detecting Lawsonia intracellulose using. The monoclonal antibody according to the present invention can selectively recognize only Lawsonia intracellularis strains in a sample, and can be usefully used for the diagnosis of proliferative ileitis in pigs. |
