A composition is provided comprising a fish spawn protein isolate. Also included are natural extracts containing unsaturated fatty acids and sterols. An emulsifier is provided to form a mixture of the isolate and the extract. There is also provided a composition comprising at least one of an hat hatching protein isolate and a biocide for protecting inseparable activity. The emulsifier forms a mixture with the isolate having an aqueous phase adjusted to pH 5.6 to 7.9. The cosmetic production process includes an aqueous phase adjusted to pH 5.5 to 7.9 before adding the emulsion to the emulsion or emulsion. Methods for improving the skin surface are provided, which include applying the cosmetic product to the skin at least three times a week to achieve skin surface improvement. |
