abstract | Provided are a transformant of S. irradiated Caromyces yeast capable of producing β-glucosidase, and a method for producing the same. Schizosaccharomyces characterized by having a structural gene sequence encoding β-glucosidase derived from filamentous fungi, a promoter sequence for expressing the structural gene, and a terminator sequence in the chromosome or as an extrachromosomal gene. It is a transformant of the genus yeast. In addition, skis are characterized by transforming S. yeast strains into vectors with a structural gene sequence encoding β-glucosidase derived from filamentous fungi, a promoter sequence for expressing the structural gene, and a terminator sequence. It is a method for producing a transformant of yeast of the genus Schizosaccharomyces. |
