abstract The present disclosure provides a modified conjugated diene-based polymer, which is a polymer represented by Formula 1, and according to the present disclosure, a modified conjugated product having excellent compatibility with inorganic fillers, exothermicity, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, low fuel consumption, and wet road resistance. It is effective to provide a diene polymer, a method for producing the same, and the like. [Chemical Formula 1] In Formula 1, R 1 , R 2, and R 3 are alkylene groups (-(CH 2 ) n −, n = 1 to 15), and R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7, and R 9 are each independently. An alkyl group or an alkylsilyl group, R 8 is an alkyl group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms, P is a conjugated diene polymer chain, a is an integer of 0 to 2, b is an integer of 0 to 2, c is 1 to 3 Is an integer, but a + b + c satisfies 3.
