titleOfInvention | A method of sterilizing using sterile water containing hypochlorous acid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a production method of high purity and high efficiency chlorous acid water using organic acid in a generally regarded as safe (GRAS) class, and an optimum food sterilizing method using the production method of the chlorous acid water, chlorous acid water produced thereby, and an aerosol process. The production method of the chlorous acid water comprises the following steps: dissolving hypochlorite or chlorite in water to obtain a hypochlorite solution or a chlorite solution; and adding a phosphoric acid solution into the hypochlorite solution or the chlorite solution. The production method uses organic acid in the GRAS class with the secured safety to prevent the repulsion of a consumer or a buyer, to improve an industrial effect, to prevent damage of agricultural food which requires long-term storage by the infection by microorganisms, and to offer an improved economic effect. |
