abstract |
The present invention relates to a smart composite for thermal conductivity control, and more particularly, to a smart composite for thermal conductivity control that can control thermal conductivity by using a volume change of phase-transfer spherical particles. That is, the present invention uses a phase transition material in which a phase transition phenomenon occurs in a liquid / solid phase starting from the melting point, but the thermal conductivity path is easily changed by using a volume change of about 10 vol% or less at the phase transition of the phase transition material. It is to provide a smart composite material for thermal conductivity control that can actively control and improve the reliability while preventing stability and performance deterioration according to the operating temperature of batteries and electrical and electronic components. |
