The present invention relates to a frozen rice cake containing starch and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a rice cake and a manufacturing method thereof comprising 10 to 30 parts by weight of starch in the total middle part of the rice cake. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide rice cakes that do not age and do not crack after freezing and thawing. |
