titleOfInvention | Method for producing isocyanate using diaryl carbonate |
abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing isocyanate stably in a high yield without high problems in the prior art in producing isocyanates without using phosgene. The present invention reacts a diaryl carbonate and an amine compound in the presence of an aromatic hydroxy compound as a reaction solvent, an aryl carbamate having an aryl group derived from a diaryl carbonate, and an aromatic hydroxy compound derived from a diaryl carbonate. And a step of obtaining a reaction mixture containing diaryl carbonate, a step of transferring the reaction mixture to a pyrolysis reactor, and a step of obtaining isocyanate by pyrolyzing the aryl carbamate, wherein the isocyanate is produced. A reactor for reacting a diaryl with an amine compound and a pyrolysis reactor for aryl carbamate are disclosed. |
