According to embodiments of the present invention, an alternative lens is provided. The alternative lens comprises an optical filter configured to vary the chromaticity of light impinging upon the alternative lens to deliver filtered light to the eye of the viewer, wherein the filtered light is in the range of about 460 nm to about 490 nm. First light having a first peak wavelength and a second peak wavelength in a range from about 490 nm to about 550 nm. |
